Jude Okoye, the elder brother of estranged singing duo (Peter and
Paul, popularly known as PSquare) who doubles as their manager, has
distanced himself from the group, announcing that he is no longer the
manager.
Jude took to his Twitter handle, to announce that he is no longer the manager of the Africa’s most popular singing duo, PSquare.
‘Please
i stopped being Psquares management for over a month now (for the 4th
time). Let me be at PEACE. Thank you,’ he posted on Twitter.
It will be recalled that in February, Peter announced that Jude is no longer the manager of the group.
In a series of tweets, Peter who has been on a business trip in the
United Kingdom lamented the poor management style of their brother,
warning everyone to desist from doing any business on behalf of P’square
with Jude.
However, Paul faulted Peter, taking side with Jude.
Paul Okoye, one half of PSquare, has released a solo single,
‘Call Heaven’. A tearful Paul, now called ‘Rudeboy’ expressed his
sadness over the crisis rocking the group, lamenting the death of their
parents.
Meanwhile, Peter Okoye has officially unveiled his new stage name as MrP and contact details of his new management.
Fans have urged Psquare to reconcile, urging the brothers to let go of solo careers.
