Monday, the 26th of September 2016 comes once again with so many expectations all over the world.
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra {IPOB} and the director of Radio Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is set to appear in Justice John Tsoho's Abuja Federal High Court once again. There have been so much awareness so far in the sense that the international community, the world governing bodies and all the Human Right groups are already at alert waiting for any drama that may surface.
There are so many questions that have been running through the minds of good lovers of freedom on what would be of the proceedings this time.
So many people are beginning to ask whether the Judge will right the wrong or if there will still be drama as usual, as a result of scouting for one masquerade or the other to serve as witnesses.
While some believe that Justice Tsoho, the presiding judge will do the needful as the law demands, others are still optimistic about the outcome.
This particular day will justify if truly the judiciary is the only hope of the common man. We will also know if the court and the judges are regarded as the voice for the oppressed; that same day will finally ascertain if Hon. John Tsoho has successfully transformed into"JUSTICE or JUNGLE" courtesy of President Muhammad Buhari.The indigenous people of Biafra expect nothing less than justice and the unconditionalrelease of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. It will be of interest to use this medium to remind the whole world that self determination is a universal law enshrined by the United Nations for indigenous people. Nnamdi Kanu can onlybe accused of treason if self-determination which he seeks for does not apply for Biafrans also. In as much as Biafrans have gone through that law thoroughly and discovered that there are no exceptions, we urge the United Nations who are the number one custodian of this law, the European Union, African Union, ECOWAS to stand up to their feet and defend our rights or kindly tell the whole world that self determination has suddenly become a fraud.We are once more using this medium to place humanity on notice concerning the plight of democracy in Nigeria under Hitler Muhammadu Buhari.
The international governing bodies, the Rights groups and all thelovers of democracy should know that our democracy and its right are grossly in danger under Buhari.
We are no more allowed to exercise our fundamental human right. The Islamic government of Muhammadu Buhari has vowed not to obey the laws which he swore to.
He has engaged in total brutality, intimidation using the Nigerian armed forces on non-violent Biafrans on their peaceful questfor the restoration of the nation of Biafra and as well, the release of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and all other Biafrans in captivity.All these and many more are the expectations posing before Biafrans.
The unconditional release of the law abiding leader of the indigenous people of Biafra Mr. Nnamdi Kanu and all the Biafrans in captivity are the expected first step of all.
Finally, we want to still make it clear to the entire world that the restoration of the ancient nation of Biafra is not a crime but our God-given right as well.
Biafra freedom can never be swept under the carpet because Biafrans, under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are determined to restore their beloved nation. #FreeNnamdiKanu
