They also spelt out the strict application of Command and Control principles, in the activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra. What role does command and control play in IPOB? Command And Control is absolute obedience, loyalty and bringing situations under control. For IPOB under the Leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be fruitful, our Modus Operandi must be adhered to. We have experienced in the past where some individuals went against the Principles of Command and Control, it was dealt with. When greed, ego and hunger for power arises, such an individual is already distracted, you deviate and forget there are instructions needed to be carried out, hence the need to be automatically corrected. Command and Control is the Key to the effective function of the Indigenous People of Biafra. How strict is the leadership of IPOB over the application of Command and Control? The application of Command and Control in IPOB is very strict and absolute. When an order is given, the instruction must be carried out selflessly. Your ultimate goal should be to carry out instructions that emanates from, the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. He might not give you such instructions directly, but your Superior represents him. We have a formula which is OBEY BEFORE COMPLAIN.  Once you encroach against Command and Control, you must be disciplined and face the consequences. One could be expelled, suspended for a period of time or suspended indefinitely and that penalty must be adhered to. In all, Obey Before Complain is the Key in the IPOB under Nnamdi Kanu, because we are restoring a disciplined Nation. Does the dissolution of former HODS, affect the location of IPOB Embassy? IPOB Embassy in Spain is symbolically irrelevant. When the former HODS was relieved of his duties, it prompted the relocation of IPOB Embassy from Spain to presently Germany. The only recognised and approved IPOB Embassy is in Germany and any other is illegal. We urge every Biafran to dissociate self from the obscure one in Spain. What should Biafrans expect from the office of Directorate of States? Biafrans should expect anything but positive outcomes. The Directorate of States will redouble their efforts, hurdles, look into all the loops holes and facilitate the release of IPOB Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the restoration of Biafra. Harvest is the time we harvest our Crops and get rid of the bad ones. If some eggs are bad, disposing them becomes necessary. We must re-organise IPOB, carry out the last order and not disarray.
