"OF FRANCHISE AND RBL" ---- WRITTEN BY EMMA IKE AGU OF AFRICAN FM WORLD SERVICES

First and foremost, RBL is an internet radio, hosted by Voscast. The monthly rate for unlimited audience is as cheap as $32 , while a limited audience is $6.00 and some cents. With Voscast, you can add five radio deejays from different countries. Voscast remains one of the cheapest radio hosting outlets on the internet. There are other major hosting stations with a Cloud DJs, where an operator could record in advance and have the Cloud DJ broadcast at a scheduled period. Also, with Cloud DJ, you can Schedule a show to begin at a particular time zone. You can also use a playlist to add songs, speeches that could play when you use the scheduler.

For every internet radio owner, it's advisable to use the Cloud DJ, the Schedulers, playlists and also invite other radio presenters/DJs to begin a broadcast at a particular time. All you do is: invite the DJ/create a password. The operator will then create a server password/port number and address.  With all that in place, you control who you want to broadcast and also suspend a presenter who steps beyond bounds. Individuals who intend to broadcast from a particular country or continent, don't need a license or Franchise. Creating a user-name, a password, server/port remain the only way, the owner of a Radio outlet can control and curb excesses from presenters/DJs.

On June 5th, 2015, one Emeka Gifts (not real name) approached me to help groom him on how to use the WordPress and also build followers on Facebook. During that time, one Carol Mundy was working for my media, using an alias as a cover up. There was the issue of trust between Carol and Emeka Gift. It was evident that within the rank and files of IPOB, Emeka Gift dangerously ambitious and therefore needed to use RBL facebook outlet as a stepping stone to build a followership akin to that of Nnamdi Kanu. Although I taught  Emeka Gifts / Carol Mundy how to turn RBL website to a Wordpress page, Emeka was more interested in establishing his personal website and radio presence than working to see an improved RBL site and Radio. It was Carol Mundy whom I later fired that use the knowledge she acquired from working with my outfit that transformed RBL's page to what it is today. Emeka Gift on the other hand, who may have a hidden agenda, has carved a niche for himself using RBL's Facebook group page. Today he also has a 'Like page, a website, and he is the founder of the 'Family writers.' The next chapter of who owns what and who is the boss will happen between Emeka Gift and Nnamdi Kanu. It's a matter of time.

It is, therefore, an ill-informed move to give unfettered access to any individual to control information flow outside RBL. Doing so is building and creating room for a bigger trouble ahead.  Control your broadcast, using one central dashboard. RBL website is enough to set up a so-called writer's group.  RBL page as it stands is a WordPress page anyone can upload, edit from any part of the world. The more traffic it has, the stronger the sighting on a search engine and ranking.  Using a different website weakens the number of traffics RBL gets and therefore puts it far away on website rankings.  CNN, BBC, NBC, FOXNEWS, etc., all use the same internet site, even for the web radio outlets, using the same web page is the way to go.

I am not Biafra activist; by default, I'm a Biafran and nobody out there is more Biafran than me. I have always told those leading the various Biafra groups the truth and the right thing to do. Instead of duplication, infighting,  character assassinations, and various splinter groups, you people can swallow your pride and form one integrated organization. Guys like us will give you the support you need to succeed. ANC did not defeat apartheid with different groups, with completely different talking points and ideologies.  As the infighting rages, the issue of money rears its ugly head. In the end, naysayers would be emboldened with this public thinking an assumption that: the Biafra struggle is a money making- machine. Prove them wrong.
