By virtue of this right we shall freely determine our political status and freely pursue our economic, social and cultural development.
Our people shall not be forced to into unwilling political arrangement or economic council.
As Igbo people of Biafra we have the right to maintain and strengthen our distinct political, legal, economic, social and cultural institutions, while retaining our right to participate fully, if we so choose, in the political, economic, social and cultural life of the Occupation called or boycott the election it's within our choice.
Because every indigenous individual has the right to a nationality, we as Igbo people of Biafra have the right to maintain our ancestral nationality, it's on this right that we re-affirm and dedicate ourselves to the Biafra Declaration of Independence.
The United Nations declaration of the right of indigenous people further helped ii argument that "Indigenous individuals have the rights to life, physical and men- tal integrity, liberty and security of person" it is on this right that we derived the right to protect and build our security system.
Since Nigeria violated our right to live in collective as our Omenaana rightfully declared in Oral appendix "Umunna" we further looked for indigenous interpretation of the undrip "Indigenous peoples have the collective right to live in freedom, peace and security as distinct peoples and shall not be subjected to any act of genocide or any other act of violence, including forcibly removing children of the group to another group" Nigeria violated this right when they created state without our knowledge and geographical expression such as south south this violate the supreme law of our land as indigenous people.
Dividing umunna and okereana which the ordinance of land forbid.
Why have we taken the step to ignore Ohanaeze? They do not uphold the supreme law of our ancestors "Omenaana".
Please do not listen to Ohanaeze or anyone arguing otherwise, pay no attention to arewa or APC propaganda.
Likewise do not give your time to clueless "leader" if your community administrator can't articulate why you should exercise this inalienable rights, please impeach them according to Omenaana OHA.
Organise for yourself minimum of twelve men and we shall liberate ourself.
